I became a REALTOR® because of my lifelong passion for designing, building and renovating homes, as well as seeing them appreciate in value. My strong marketing and negotiating skills, genuine love of fostering long-term relationships with clients, and familiarity with the local real estate market, have come together in perfect harmony to help others achieve their goals—whether it be to find the right family home, to increase their personal net worth through making sound investment decisions regarding real estate, or a combination of both.

With over 50 years as a North Shore resident, the last 27 in West Vancouver, I possess a strong working knowledge of each niche market – from Deep Cove to Sandy Cove and beyond. Many buyers want to know whether they can build on to an existing property, and many sellers wonder what they can do to increase the value of their homes and make them more marketable. As someone who has built his own house from empty lot to showhome, and completed several hands-on renovations including a kitchen expansion and three-storey addition on my present home, I am able to help both buyers and sellers who are wondering what can (or should) be achieved in order to make the most of their real estate dollar.

And on a personal note, I have three wonderful grown-up children, two adorable grandchildren and two amazing dogs who rule my life. I love all things North Shore – the hiking, kayaking, skiing, scuba and of course, West Coast coffee culture.
